About us
Since 2018, from Roodepoort
La Motheo Solution (Pty) Ltd works with South African businesses that have more data than time. We are small on purpose: the person who scopes your work is the person who does it.
How we work
- Start with the decision. If a report will not change what somebody does, we would rather not build it.
- Fix the source, not the symptom. Most reporting problems are data problems wearing a disguise.
- Show the working. Every number we hand over can be traced back to where it came from.
- Hand over the keys. We would rather train your team out of needing us than keep them dependent.
- Say no clearly. If a tool you already own can do it, we will say so.
Giving back
We run free Power BI and Excel workshops for qualified graduates looking to build data skills and open up their career options. Places are limited and go quickly — they appear on the training schedule alongside the paid classes, marked as free workshops.
